How do I get my pattern?

Patterns are digital PDFs. Your download is available immediately after checkout, and a download link is emailed to you from noreply@digital-downloads.com.

I can't download my file.

Check the link in your download email — the separate email from noreply@digital-downloads.com, not your order confirmation. Try another browser or device, and check your spam and promotions folders. Still stuck? Email support@msflaneure.com with the email address you used at checkout, and the order number (like #1001) or confirmation number (like XPAV284CT) shown in your order confirmation email. I'll find your order and send the file.

What languages do patterns come in?

Every pattern is published in an English edition and a Korean edition, sold separately — choose your language when purchasing. Picked the wrong one by mistake? Email me and I'll sort it out.

I'm in Korea — can I buy here?

Website checkout isn't available in Korea — our payment provider can't process Korea-to-Korea payments. Korean editions are sold on the official Naver Smartstore: the PDF is emailed to you within about 24 hours of payment, and corrected editions are sent free whenever a pattern is updated.

What do I need to knit from it?

A PDF reader, plus the yarn, needles, and notions listed in the pattern. Each pattern explains the techniques it uses.

How do I choose my size?

Each pattern lists finished measurements and includes a schematic and guidance for adjusting the fit.

Can I get help with a pattern?

Every technique is explained in the pattern itself, but if you're stuck, email support@msflaneure.com — answered in English and Korean, usually within two business days.

I think I found an error in a pattern.

Every pattern is tester-knit and tech-edited before release, but if something looks wrong, please tell me: support@msflaneure.com. If a correction is needed, the fixed PDF goes out automatically to every buyer — you never have to re-download manually.

Can I get a refund?

Patterns are digital and delivered the moment you order, so they can't be refunded or exchanged once bought — you confirm this at checkout. If a file is faulty or doesn't match how it's described, that's different: write to me and I'll send a corrected file or refund it. Details in the Refund Policy.
