Delivery — Digital patterns

All Ms. Flâneure patterns are digital PDF downloads. Each pattern is available in an English edition and a Korean edition — choose your language when purchasing. After checkout you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email, usually within minutes.

When a pattern is updated (for example with corrections), the corrected version is sent automatically to the email address used at purchase, and your download link always serves the latest file.

Right of withdrawal & refunds

A pattern is digital content supplied immediately: your download link is issued the moment your order is confirmed, so delivery begins at purchase and the right of withdrawal ends at that point. Patterns cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. This is stated on every product page and at checkout, and by completing a purchase of digital content you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when delivery begins. It follows Article 17(2)5 of the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act and, for customers in the EU/EEA, Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Defects and misdescribed patterns — your statutory rights

This does not affect your rights when something is wrong with the pattern itself. If a file is faulty, incomplete, or does not match how it is described on its product page, you may withdraw within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing, under Article 17(3) of the same Act. Write to support@msflaneure.com and I will provide a corrected file or a refund, as the law provides.

When a pattern is corrected, the updated file is sent to every buyer automatically and free of charge — you do not need to ask, and a correction is not a defect you need to claim for.
