Terms of service

1. The product. Ms. Flâneure patterns are digital knitting patterns (PDF), sold by Tendril Inc. Patterns are sold in English and Korean editions, each purchased separately. Corrected versions of a purchased pattern are provided at no charge, delivered automatically by email.

2. License. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern to knit for yourself and as gifts. Selling finished items made from this pattern is not permitted. The pattern file itself may not be shared, forwarded, resold, translated, published, or distributed in any form, in whole or in part. Each delivered PDF carries a license mark with the buyer's email (see the Privacy Policy). For commercial licensing inquiries: contact@msflaneure.com.

3. Intellectual property. All patterns, text, charts, schematics, and photographs are the property of Tendril Inc. (brand: Ms. Flâneure) and protected by copyright. License violations constitute copyright infringement and may be pursued under applicable law.

4. Ordering, email, and payment. Enter your email address carefully at checkout — your order confirmation, download links, and pattern updates are all sent to it, and your PDF is licensed to it. If a confirmation does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to support@msflaneure.com. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes; payment is handled securely by the payment providers. I reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions.

5. Delivery, withdrawal, refunds. As set out in the Refund Policy, digital patterns are delivered immediately: delivery begins at purchase, when your download link is issued, and the withdrawal right ends at that point — patterns cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. Statutory rights regarding defective or misdescribed content remain unaffected.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain unaffected.
