Elio Knot Tank Top

Elio is a top-down summer tank with an asymmetric knot tied at the hem and vikkel braid detail at sleeves and neckline for an elevated look. Where you tie the knot sets the mood — at the waist, it's cinched and feminine; at the hip, boxier and more androgynous.

Choosing your size
Elio is designed with −5 to 0 cm (−2 to 0") of ease.

Example: if your bust measures 112 cm (44"), 112 − 5 = 107 cm (42¼") — size XL (finished 105 cm / 41¼") gives a closer fit, while 2XL is a bit looser.

The model has a ~78 cm (30¾") bust and wears size XS with 2 cm (¾") of positive ease.

The pattern includes guides for adjusting the bust, underarm depth, and body length.

Gauge
25 sts × 34 rows = 10 × 10 cm [4 × 4 inches] in stockinette on 4 mm needles, after washing and blocking.

4 mm [US 6] circular needle (80–120 cm depending on size) · 4 mm DPNs or a long circular for Magic Loop for the edges · 3.5 mm [US 4] or 3.0 mm [US 2.5] circular for the Vikkel braid
